About Barbados National Triathlon Championships
The national championship race, with the 750m swim leg held in Carlisle Bay before the bike and run head out along Mighty Grynner Highway in St. Michael. Carlisle Bay is the best spectating spot of the three legs: the swim start and finish are both inside the bay, close enough to the sand to watch without a boat.
